Grain and Fertilizer Dust Suppression Products

• PDS-1 This is a single application point system for grain or fertilizer dust supression.
• PDS-1XP This is a single application point system for grain dust suppression when the manifold will need to be in a classified location.
• PDS-2 This is a 2-point application system for grain dust or fertilizer dust (2 different dumping locations or 2 different flow rates required)
• PDS-2XP This is a 2-point application system for grain dust when the manifold will need to be in a classified location (2 different dumping locations or 2 different flow rates)
• PDS-C1 This is a self-contained chemical impregnation system for applying 1 chemical.
• PDS-C1S This is a split chemical system with the manifold in a heated Stainless-steel enclosure. The pump is in a heated building and the lines between the 2 are heat traced stainless steel and insulated.

PDS-C1 Self-contained in a stainless-steel enclosure and heated to prevent product freezing.
PDS-C1S Chemical and pump are in a heated building with heat traced stainless piping to the stainless-steel heated enclosure containing the manifold.

•    All systems are professionally installed, calibrated, and training is provided on the use and maintenance of the system.
